With Mobile Book Swap, you can have an iPhone interface to PaperBack Swap that allows you to review your lists and enter books on the go. If you're unfamiliar with PaperBack Swap (PBS), please check out their web site. It's totally free to sign up and they use a system of credits that you can use for requesting any member's books (not just paperbacks, hardbacks and audio as well). Once signed up, you will have access to the community posted library of over 4 million books. The system is absolutely Genius.
Home Screen
In the "Home" Screen, you can see what books have been requested, shipping status, and pending requests.. This is a good place to get a quick look at what needs your attention. This is also the default screen that loads when you start the app.
Search
On this screen, you can freeform type the Book Title, Author or ISBN to find books on PBS. You can also hit the scan button to simply scan the barcode on a book to see if it's available on PBS. This is a handy feature to use from a bookstore when you're contemplating shelling out the big bucks for a book that you may be able to get from PBS for just 1 credit.
My Books - Bookshelf Management
In addition to seeing what books you have posted to your Bookshelf, this is also where you add books to your bookshelf. One of the most power features of the app happens here. Click +, then Scan to barcode scan your books right onto your bookshelf. Instead of going to your computer, you can take your phone directly to your collection of books and barcode scan away!
